A Deeper Look into the Inner Work of Collapse

We are living in a time of unraveling.
Of systems. Of stories. Of assumptions.
Of certainty.

Over the past year, I’ve watched the world shift beneath my feet. Like many of you, I’ve tried to make sense of what’s happening—to our planet, our culture, and our own internal sense of identity.

We are not just dealing with climate collapse, political unraveling, and ecological grief—we are living through an identity crisis of our entire species. The world as we knew it is dissolving. Systems we once depended on no longer make sense. And the tools we were taught to use—control, productivity, denial—are proving hollow.

So much of what we hear about collapse—climate, economic, political—is about what’s broken out there. The systems, the leaders, the planet.

But as I’ve reflected more deeply on what’s actually in our power, one thing has become clear:

The biggest problem we can’t seem to solve is actually inside us.
And it’s also the only one we can change.

What we need now is not just more data, or more outrage, or more “solutions.”
We need inner and relational resources.
We need emotional agility.
We need spiritual grounding.
We need practices that reconnect us to our own bodies, to one another, and to the living world.
