Hey, I wanted to explain what rREST does in terms that you will respect and understand.

Every time you react strongly, like frustration, embarrassment, or self-criticism, your brain is running an old program. It’s a program that was built to protect you when you were younger. That program lives deep in your subconscious mind, mostly in your limbic system, in your cerebellum, and it fires automatically before your logical brain even gets a chance to vote.

In neuroscience, we call this a memory trace or an engram, and it’s not a bad thing. It’s just outdated code that your brain never got around to debugging.

In a rREST session, we find where that code first got written, when those neurons first fired together and wired together. Then, using specific techniques, we help your brain reprocess that pattern by linking it up to the prefrontal cortex, the part that is handles logic, reasoning, and choice.

The result? The same situation might happen, but your emotional brain doesn’t get hijacked by your logical one anymore. You stay calm and clear and in control because your brain has literally rewired the old loop. That’s rREST, neuroscience for emotional optimization.
